When he’s not working, Dean’s often out on his motorbike or perfecting his golf swing.

Michael leads Health & Safety at Optimus Access and has spent more than 20 years making sure everyone goes home safe. He’s helped build a culture where wellbeing is taken just as seriously as safety.


A fitness fan and lifelong football supporter, Michael brings the same drive and energy to his role as he does to training leading from the front and setting the standard.

With over 45 years in construction, Stuart’s seen it all and still loves the challenge. His mix of traditional know-how and modern thinking keeps projects efficient, safe, and running to plan.


Known for his quick wit and straight-talking style, Stuart’s as comfortable on site as he is at a comedy gig or football match experience with a sense of humour.

Family life, snowboarding, and Tottenham Hotspur keep him busy outside work though the snow’s often more forgiving than the football.
